Sigma Pi Alpha Sorority

Here is a really cool scholarship because a fellow Unity Alumni is in the Sorority!!

The Sigma Pi Alpha Sorority Scholarship Fund was created to award women with the same dedication to academics and our community as the sisters of Sigma Pi Alpha Sorority. Sigma Pi Alpha will provide the top one (1) applicant with a scholarship of $500 and the next nine (9) runner-up applicants will receive a scholarship of $250-$400 each.

ELIGIBILITY:
Female HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR with a GPA of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
Will attend a Junior College, Vocational School, or a 4-year Institution in the fall of 2014.

***US Citizenship or permanent residency IS NOT a requirement for this scholarship and will not be considered during the application review.

SELECTION: Applicants are evaluated on the following
Academic Achievements (GPA, Awards, Honors)
2 letters of recommendations (required) please note that these must be from a teacher, supervisor, advisor etc, but NOT from a family member or friend.

Financial Need

Application are due MARCH 31, 2014 (POSTMARKED)
Winning recipients notifications will be sent out on APRIL 25, 2014.
Winning recipients will be announced on Sigma Pi Alpha Website- sigmapialpha.org.
