The Golden State Warriors and Burma Superstar proudly present the 3rd Annual Future Superstars Scholarship!! $1,500 Scholarship and a suprise gift from The Golden State Warriors to Graduating Seniors from participating High Schools in Oakland, Class of 2014.
Applicants Must:
-Be a member of the graduating senior class of 2014 in a participating Oakland high school
-Have a 3.0 GPA (unweighted) or greater
-Have applied to CSU or UC Schools for undergraduate admission
-Please submit completed package by May 2, 2014 with an
-e-mail subject header: your last name, first name, high school.

-2 Letters of Recommendation (Max. 300 words) from a teacher or a counselor
-Answer TWO of the nine essay questions (Max. 500 words for each question)

Winners will notified by Mr. Asif no later than Thursday, May 15, 2014
